Built for one.
Yours, all day.
My Daily Tool is a personal daily command center — built by one person, for one person, in the open.
My Daily Tool started because every productivity app I tried in 2022 made me feel like I was failing.
Most habit trackers punish you for missing a day. Most planners charge a subscription for features they promised at the download. Most meal apps want your email before they let you log a glass of water. So I built the thing I actually wanted — a single app, offline-first, no account required, that holds the whole day.
Today My Daily Tool ships 16 tools in one app: meals, habits, workouts, notes, journal, AI assistant, 12 built-in games, Pomodoro, and more. v1.0 is on the App Store. v16.1 is shipping. Every version comes from real use — never a feature pressured by investors, never a roadmap that ignores the people who use it daily.
I'm Ben Sachwitz. I built this. If it resonates with you, that's the whole point.
The four things that don't change.
Quiet tools
Calm is a feature. Whitespace > density. One decoupled signature accent > a rainbow palette. Your day shouldn't be a carnival.
Your data
On your device. Not on someone else's server. iCloud sync uses your Apple ID. There is no analytics or tracking layer that reports back to us.
One person
Not a team tool. Not a CRM. Designed for one person who wants to track meals, habits, workouts, and their day without subscribing to six apps.
Built slowly
v1.0 is on the App Store. v16.1 is shipping. Every version comes from real use, not feature pressure. No monthly release tax. No product roadmap theatrics.
