Which license applies
The iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA in the Apple Media Services Terms), unless a custom license ships with a future version. This page is the plain-language summary; where it differs from Apple's terms, Apple's terms control.
What you may do
Install and use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per the App Store usage rules. A Pro or Family one-time purchase unlocks features under Apple's purchase and family rules.
What you may not do
Copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app except as Apple permits. Do not bypass the privacy and consent gates or use the app's network features to spam or attack third-party services.
Ownership and data
BFS Development LLC owns the app. You own your data: everything you create stays on your device (and your personal iCloud account if you enable sync).
